A member of my event or team added an offline donation, but it isn’t showing in their page’s totals or our team’s total amount raised. How can I make sure the offline donation is counted?

Make sure your page has Offline Donation Tracking enabled. Click "Settings" on your event or team dashboard. Scroll down to the "Page Metrics" section to see whether Offline Donation Tracking is enabled or not:

If "Ignore offline donations" is selected, click "Include Offline Donations." You may need to refresh your page to see the updated totals. 

If you have Offline Donation Tracking turned on but don’t see the offline donations included in your totals, there are two things to check. First, make sure the campaign is linked to your event or team. This is also seen in the campaign's "Settings" section.  

Second, make sure the date of the offline donation is after the "Progress Calculation" start date and time. If the gift date is prior to the "Progress Calculation" start date and time, please include the date in the "Notes" section of the offline donation. This way the donation will be displayed on your campaign page and the gift information will be held in your donations reports.
