To access your fundraiser's donation report, head over to your fundraising page. Make sure that you are logged in with the email address used to create the fundraiser.
Once you are logged in and on the page, on the left-hand side dashboard select "Donations."
You’ll see an abbreviated report of everyone who has donated to your fundraiser. This report will show the last 30 days by default, but you can set the date range for whatever dates you’d like:
You can see who donated, how much and when, whether the donation is recurring, and whether the donation was an offline donation. You can also see donors’ comments and email addresses.
This report can be exported as a spreadsheet and uploaded into any CRM, donor database or email program you use to manage your contacts. To download, choose the icon highlighted below:
From the donation report, you can additionally resend receipts to your donors. From your donation report, find the donation you'd like to send a receipt for. Click the 3 dot menu to the right of the donation and choose 'Resend Receipt.' A popup will come up on your screen, here you can confirm the donor's email, or update the email, and then choose 'Send.'
