The metrics displayed on your fundraising page are based on the Metrics Calculation Date set in your Fundraiser Settings. To update this date, please follow the instructions below::
- Sign into your user account
- Head to your fundraising page
- On your left-hand side dashboard, select "Settings"
- Scroll all the way down to "Metrics Calculation"
- Please note, by default, the metrics displayed on your fundraiser page are calculated based on the date your fundraiser was first published. You cannot set a date before your fundraiser was published.
- Choose the date and time you want your metrics to be calculated from
- Click Save.
- Reload your fundraising page and you will see your updated timeline and metrics
