Why is my donation not going through? What is this error message?
Some users, when attempting to complete a donation, may get an error message with the code K-835.
This error code means that the transaction has been flagged in our system.
There are two main reasons why you might see this message:
- You are outside of the United States.
- You are traveling within the United States.
- You are connected to the internet via a proxy server (a server that acts as an intermediary). Many office buildings use proxy servers, so users trying to donate from work computers often encounter this message.
